Hussain K.

Client Manager

Hussain brings a strong foundation in business and finance, having studied Business Administration and Finance at Suffolk. His career journey began in corporate environments, including his time at Nestlé Health Science as a Project Manager, along with experience in Forex trading—where he developed a sharp understanding of strategy, discipline, and decision-making under pressure.

Since stepping into leadership, Hussain has distinguished himself as one of the strongest leaders in the office. His greatest accomplishment isn’t just personal success, but his ability to teach, mentor, and duplicate himself through others—building a team that reflects his work ethic, mindset, and standards.

Throughout his journey, Hussain’s biggest growth came from mastering communication—learning how to confidently lead from the front, speak with impact, and train others to perform at a high level. He believes true leadership is measured by the success of those you develop.

Currently managing a team of four, Hussain is focused on expanding his organization and achieving his next milestone: promotion to Marketing Director by June.

He draws inspiration from The 48 Laws of Power and lives by the mindset:
“If you want to buy something without looking at the price tag, you should be able to work without looking at the time clock.”

Some of his favorite experiences include attending the Philadelphia Conference in October 2025 and traveling to Cincinnati, Ohio in December—both moments that fueled his vision for long-term growth.

Roger C.

Client Manager

Roger brings a strong background in marketing, holding an Associate’s degree in the field, along with valuable experience as a Real Estate Agent. His journey has been shaped by an entrepreneurial mindset and a drive to build long-term success through both people and opportunity.

One of Roger’s biggest accomplishments to date has been hitting a personal record of 34 acquisitions—demonstrating his consistency, work ethic, and ability to perform at a high level. However, his greatest growth has come from shifting his focus beyond personal production to developing others. He strongly believes that true success comes from duplicating yourself and building leaders who can thrive independently.

Currently leading a team of two, Roger is focused on expanding his organization and stepping into a Director role within the next year. His long-term vision includes creating multiple streams of income through Real Estate and launching his own e-commerce business.

He draws inspiration from Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki and lives by the quote:

Bruce E.

Client Manager

Bruce is currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science at NYIT, combining his analytical mindset with a strong drive for personal and professional growth. Before joining StrageX, he worked as a caddy, where he developed key qualities like patience, precision, and a strong work ethic—traits that continue to shape his leadership style today.

Since stepping into the business, Bruce’s biggest accomplishment has been building and leading his own team. He takes pride in creating opportunities for others by hiring, mentoring, and motivating individuals to grow alongside him, both professionally and personally.

One of Bruce’s ongoing challenges; and areas of growth—has been instilling the same level of drive and energy he brings each day into his team. He is committed to developing a culture rooted in positivity, consistency, and a forward-thinking mindset.

Currently managing a team of two, Bruce is focused on expanding his organization and working toward his goal of becoming a Director. His vision is to lead a high-performing team that not only succeeds but creates success for others by developing future leaders.

A highlight of his journey so far has been the 2025 R&R retreat in Cancun, Mexico—an experience that reinforced his belief in the rewards of hard work and the importance of building a strong, supportive environment.

Tomas F.

Client Manager

Tomas brings a strong customer-focused background to the StrageX team, having previously worked with Boost Mobile and T-Mobile in customer service roles. Through these experiences, he developed the ability to connect with people, build trust, and deliver results—skills that have translated seamlessly into his current leadership role.

Since joining the business, Tomas’s biggest accomplishment has been stepping into a Client Manager position and building his own team. He takes pride in developing others and creating an environment where growth and opportunity are at the forefront.

One of the biggest lessons Tomas lives by is that there is always something new to learn. He approaches every day with a student mentality, constantly looking for ways to improve both himself and his team.

Currently leading a team of two, Tomas is focused on expanding his organization and achieving his next goal of becoming an Independent Consultant Director. His vision is to continue building a strong, motivated team that thrives on growth and long-term success.

He leads with the mindset:

Justin W.

Client Manager

Justin brings a hands-on work ethic and a growth-driven mindset to the StrageX team. After completing real estate school and working as an electrical apprentice, he developed a strong foundation in discipline, problem-solving, and consistency—qualities that have translated directly into his success in the business.

His biggest accomplishment so far has been earning his promotion to Client Manager, a milestone that reflects his commitment to growth and his ability to rise to new challenges. Along the way, Justin’s biggest lesson has been the importance of maintaining a strong mindset—learning to push past mental blocks and stay focused on long-term success.

Justin is driven by a clear goal: to become the strongest promotion to come out of the office. He is focused on continuously improving himself while setting the standard for those around him.

Inspired by Rich Dad Poor Dad, he approaches business with an entrepreneurial mindset, always looking for ways to grow, adapt, and build a successful future.

CEO

Juan leads StrageX with a strong foundation in both strategy and innovation, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Marketing along with a Master’s in Digital Marketing. His background includes working with a range of small to mid-sized businesses, specializing in advertising, social media management, and website development—giving him a well-rounded perspective on building and scaling brands.

What sets Juan apart as a leader is his journey of growth. One of his greatest accomplishments has been overcoming language barriers to confidently connect with people at every level, allowing him to lead with authenticity, clarity, and impact. Through this experience, he learned the importance of stepping outside of comfort zones—developing the confidence to initiate conversations, build relationships, and inspire others.

Now leading a team of 24, Juan is focused on expanding StrageX’s footprint and growing into new territories across New York. His leadership is centered on creating opportunities, developing strong leaders, and building a culture rooted in growth, resilience, and long-term vision.

Rashel is a dedicated Recruiter with a strong passion for connecting talented individuals with the right opportunities. With one year of experience in corporate recruiting, she has developed a solid foundation in sourcing, screening, and building meaningful relationships with candidates. Rashel is known for her ability to understand both client needs and candidate goals, ensuring thoughtful and successful placements. She is committed to creating a smooth, efficient, and positive hiring process that supports long-term success for everyone involved.

 

One of Rashel’s most memorable professional experiences was her work trip at R&R in Cancun, Mexico. This experience strengthened her ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds—an asset she brings into her recruiting work every day.

 

Rashel takes pride in her attention to detail, strong work ethic, and genuine passion for helping others grow in their careers. She continues to build her expertise while striving to make a meaningful impact in the corporate recruiting space.

Kayla A.

Social Media/HR Admin

Kayla plays a key role in supporting both the culture and brand presence of StrageX as the Social Media and HR Administrator. She graduated from Long Island University with a degree in Fashion Merchandising and Management, bringing a creative eye and strong organizational skills into everything she does.

Before joining the business, Kayla gained experience in retail and social media management, where she developed her ability to connect with people and understand brand representation. Known for her friendly and approachable nature, she is always willing to lend a hand and support anyone on the team—making her an essential part of the company’s day-to-day operations.

Over the past year with StrageX, Kayla has continued to grow both personally and professionally, gaining valuable knowledge of the business and its systems. She is committed to maintaining a strong student mentality, constantly learning, adapting, and finding ways to improve.

Her goal is to continue growing within the organization while helping others do the same, contributing to a positive and driven team environment.
